Pigment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for Sales, Marketing, and Support functions. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing an excellent candidate experience. The specialist will also track and report on talent acquisition metrics, engage with internal stakeholders, and contribute to Pigment's innovative and collaborative work environment.
