Major Tool & Machine is hiring a Human Resources Generalist – Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage staffing and onboarding while supporting other HR functions. The role partners with hiring managers, coordinates recruiting activities, maintains job postings and applicant tracking systems, screens candidates, manages offers and pre-employment processes, conducts onboarding and 30-day reviews, and supports employee communications and HR projects. The position reports to the HR Manager, requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent, at least three years of talent acquisition experience, and Microsoft Office skills; it is primarily an office-based role with occasional shop-floor exposure.
