Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end-to-end recruitment for Operations and Enablement teams, including sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, managing offers and background checks, tracking recruitment analytics, improving hiring workflows, and supporting employer branding. The role requires a BA or HBO degree in a relevant field, at least three years of recruitment experience, knowledge of recruitment tools and Dutch labor regulations, and fluent English.
