SimpleXX GmbH is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its client HENSOLDT Sensors in Ulm. The role manages the end-to-end recruiting process, coordinates with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, publishes job advertisements, conducts interviews, and maintains talent pools. Candidates need a social-science degree or comparable qualification, commercial vocational training or comparable qualification, recruiting or active-sourcing experience, knowledge of recruiting methods, strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent German and English, and familiarity with AI tools. The arrangement is temporary staff leasing with an option for permanent employment and includes home-office options, above-tariff compensation, bonuses, vacation, pension contributions, and other benefits.
