Description
Solarvest is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment across technical engineering, finance, sales, and corporate roles. The role includes building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, managing candidate experience and employer branding, tracking recruitment metrics, and managing external search vendors. Candidates need at least four years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, familiarity with Malaysian employment practices, and an interest in or background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or technical fields.
