TKDA is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, leadership, and early-career roles. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, passive candidate outreach, talent pipeline development, employer branding, campus recruiting, and candidate engagement, while partnering with hiring managers, HR, and Marketing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, along with sourcing, relationship-building, project management, and ATS/HRIS proficiency.
