BCG is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions and specialty businesses. The role partners with hiring managers and HR colleagues, sources candidates, conducts structured interviews, assesses candidates, builds talent pipelines, manages ATS activity, and contributes to employer branding and recruitment process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international, matrixed organizations, sourcing and interview skills, and English and Spanish communication skills. The role involves cross-regional collaboration and generally requires working from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
