BCG is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for Business Services teams, with a focus on supporting the Lisbon Capabilities Centre. The role partners with hiring managers and HR colleagues to source candidates, conduct structured interviews, build pipelines, coordinate regional hiring campaigns, track applicants, and improve recruiting processes. It requires 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international or matrixed organizations, experience with shared services or high-volume teams, sourcing and applicant tracking system proficiency, competency-based interviewing skills, strong English communication, and the ability to manage recruiting activity across teams and time zones.
