Townsquare Interactive is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM to work in-office at its Uptown Charlotte office. The role manages full-cycle recruiting for high-volume go-to-market roles across sales, operations, and marketing; partners with hiring managers; sources and engages candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse; conducts daily recruiting activity; tracks pipelines; and supports offers, negotiations, and onboarding. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of recruiting experience, and strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills.
