Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japan) leads end-to-end recruitment for STACK Infrastructure's Japan business, partnering with hiring managers across technical, operational, corporate, and leadership functions. The role manages sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, recruitment administration, workforce planning, talent analytics, employer branding, and compliance with Japanese employment legislation. It is primarily onsite at STACK facilities and offices across Japan, with occasional travel within Japan and across the APAC region.
