Concentric is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Corporate team in Kirkland, with remote work available from within the United States. The role owns full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load, manages candidate experience, screens and interviews candidates, coordinates hiring-decision debriefs, maintains talent pipelines, and supports complex searches and recruiting technology. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting or human-resources experience, at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, stakeholder engagement experience, Greenhouse ATS familiarity, and the ability to work without visa sponsorship. The position offers a Seattle pay range of $72,500 to $80,000 USD and medical, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
