SmartScale360 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support U.S.-based clients by managing recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. The role involves candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers and clients, talent-pipeline management, candidate communication, recruitment reporting, and onboarding support. It is a permanent remote position in the Philippines with U.S. business-hour availability, PHP 40,000 monthly salary plus performance bonuses, healthcare benefits, and other benefits.
