Pigment is hiring a Tech Talent Acquisition Lead to lead recruitment across its R&D organization, including Engineering, Product, IT, and Security. The role manages three full-time Tech Talent Acquisition Managers, develops the technology recruitment strategy, partners with R&D leadership, coaches hiring managers, and remains hands-on with strategic or complex searches. The position requires strong technology talent acquisition experience, team management and mentoring experience, strategic planning ability, stakeholder influence, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to hiring quality and candidate experience.
