Description

Albedo is hiring a Program Manager to own the execution of company-wide projects and programs, including detailed hardware build and AI&T schedules, resource loading, test-stand contention, procurement, replanning, and program-management practices. The role partners with engineering and systems teams, represents programs to customers and partners, and requires a technical degree or equivalent fluency, at least 8 years of program or engineering management experience, and hardware production or integration and test exposure. The position is onsite in Broomfield, Colorado, with a salary of $167,450-$180,523 and health insurance, equity, retirement matching, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent technical fluency
Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of program or engineering management experience for hardware programs
At least one hardware program where the candidate owned the detailed build or AI&T schedule
Task-level schedule ownership with resource-loaded plans, negotiated durations, and critical-path analysis
Multi-disciplinary integration experience spanning mechanical, electrical, software, and test
Hardware production, integration, or test exposure
Preferred Qualifications: CAPM or PMP certification
