Description
Andromeda is hiring a Technical Program Manager to own provider relationships and execution programs for its compute infrastructure platform. The role manages provider and site onboarding, capacity rollouts, hardware and network remediation, provider commitments, and major incidents, coordinating SREs, provider engineers, customers, Engineering, Product, and Sales. It requires several years of technical program management experience, incident management experience, technical knowledge of GPUs, networking, and storage, and the ability to align teams without formal authority. The position is remote or hybrid in San Francisco, full-time, and includes healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k), and unlimited PTO benefits.
