Waymo is hiring a full-time Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution and delivery of projects within its onboard team. The role manages project schedules, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; coordinates engineering, research, product, and release-management teams; tracks progress and KPIs; and contributes to the strategic planning and technical roadmap for the Waymo Foundation Model program. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least five years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in software engineering, and experience with machine learning or AI projects. The expected base salary range is $159,000 to $196,000 USD across United States locations.
