Durabuilt Windows & Doors is hiring a Vice President, Human Resources to join its Executive Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO. The role leads enterprise people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership and succession development, culture and employee experience, HR technology and analytics, governance, compliance, and workforce risk. The position requires at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive roles in complex manufacturing or multi-site organizations, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
