Description
The Vice President of Human Resources reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation. The role oversees the full HR function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, total rewards, payroll, benefits, employee relations, learning and development, employee experience, compliance, and organizational development, while leading people strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
