BNY is hiring a Vice President, Talent Acquisition (Lateral Recruiter) to lead end-to-end lateral recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles across designated businesses. The role partners with hiring leaders and HR business partners, builds candidate pipelines, manages interviews and offers, advises stakeholders, tracks recruiting metrics, and maintains compliant, audit-ready recruiting practices. It is a hybrid position based in New York City, Pittsburgh, or Boston and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 8–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience focused on lateral hiring.
