Athena, a rapidly growing multinational organization with over 4,000 employees and $100 million in annual revenue, is seeking a visionary People Leader to consolidate and modernize its global People Operations function. The successful candidate will lead a small team (~20 members) and focus on strategic aspects such as People Operations strategy, compensation and organizational design, workforce planning, HR systems optimization (particularly WorkDay), and global process standardization. This role emphasizes building scalable infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across all regions.
