The successful candidate will actively support the operational human resources management team, handling various administrative tasks such as assisting with Betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM), attending Betriebsratsseminars, and working on timekeeping processes. They will also contribute to creating job descriptions, conducting job postings, drafting performance reviews, managing digital personnel records, and supporting HR projects.
