Description
Textron is seeking participants for its two-year Human Resources Leadership Development Program, a rotational entry-level opportunity designed to develop future HR leaders. Participants will complete two 12-month rotations across HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations, while contributing to functional projects, building stakeholder relationships, receiving mentorship, and presenting recommendations. The program requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, strong communication and problem-solving skills, project leadership ability, and willingness to relocate and travel within the United States. Potential assignment locations include Fort Worth, Wichita, Providence, Troy, Hunt Valley, Augusta, Villa, Wilmington, and New Orleans.
