Plaud is hiring an AI-native Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist to partner with Global Recruiting Managers and lead AI-powered recruiting automation, employer branding, recruiting data governance, global talent-market mapping, and the design and improvement of global talent acquisition standard operating procedures. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience using data to improve conversion rates, expert proficiency with AI search, automation, and LLM tools, and strong English communication skills. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of progressive talent acquisition experience, experience in a regional or global talent acquisition center of excellence, technology or AI industry experience, program-governance experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.
