The Associate Director, Human Resources serves as an HR Business Partner to selected Chicago Booth leadership teams, supporting talent management, workforce planning, compensation, organizational design, employee relations, change initiatives, performance management, and hiring. The role requires a related college or university degree and 5–7 years of experience in a related job discipline, works at least three days per week in the office, and is not eligible for employer-sponsored employment authorization. The salary range is $95,000 to $120,000, with benefits eligibility.

Additional Information
