Description
The role is a generalist Human Resources position responsible for talent acquisition, training, change management, internal culture and communication, compensation proposals, employee engagement, recruitment-providers, annual HR processes, labor relations, payroll support, attendance and overtime reporting, and coordination with labor inspections and medical services. It requires a completed degree in Administration or Finance, 1–3 years of generalist HR experience, labor-relations experience, knowledge of labor-inspection matters, advanced English, Kronos or similar system knowledge, and strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
