Guidepoint is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate, EMEA, based in Manchester to support full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate, and business hiring while helping establish the company's UK campus recruitment programme. The role partners with hiring managers, sources candidates, manages candidate communications and interviews, represents Guidepoint at university events, and collaborates with the global Talent Acquisition team. It is a hybrid position initially based in a temporary workspace and remote, with a permanent office being finalised. Applicants need the right to work in the UK, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
