Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring an entry-level HR Representative for its onsite Rocky Mount, Virginia campus. The role supports the site HR team across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, Dayforce and payroll changes, applicant tracking and HRIS data, recruiting coordination, policy guidance, compliance, administrative and project support, and badge management. Candidates need a BS/BA in Human Resources or a related field or at least two years of HR experience, knowledge of HR systems, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills; professional certification and experience with generative AI tools are preferred.
