Binance is hiring a BAP Intern for its 3–6 month Accelerator Program, focusing on recruitment and employer branding. The intern will support sourcing and screening candidates, manage job postings, coordinate interviews and candidate communication, maintain ATS data, conduct market mapping and competitor research, and contribute to employer branding campaigns. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication and organizational skills, and bilingual English/Mandarin ability; prior internship experience is a plus. The arrangement may vary depending on the business team’s work nature.
