Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead its global people strategy and serve as a senior executive reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The role oversees organizational design, workforce planning, change management, mergers and acquisitions, total rewards, talent acquisition, leadership development, global HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and HR technology. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, at least 15 years of human resources experience, 10 years in leadership, global HR experience, and prior leadership experience with a publicly traded company; life sciences or biotechnology experience is preferred.
