The role involves HR reporting, meeting and action-plan follow-up, employee inquiries, compensation and benefits administration, recordkeeping, office and fleet support, and assistance with talent acquisition and learning and development. Candidates should have Workday or similar HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of HR practices, strong Dutch and English communication, and attention to detail.
