Pilgrim’s is hiring a Complex Human Resources Manager to plan and administer HR policies, recruit and orient employees, manage benefits and compensation programs, coordinate management training, resolve employee issues, and provide HR leadership to management. The role requires 5 to 7 years of HR management or supervision experience, knowledge of employment laws, strong communication and organizational skills, technical proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and HR-SAP, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and an annual bonus plan; the base salary range is $108,714.00 to $132,086.70.
