Ericsson is hiring a Customer Support & Repair Engineering Intern in Plano, Texas, for a 12-week full-time internship starting May 25, 2027. The intern will support telecommunications equipment, network, and service-related troubleshooting and repair processes; analyze operational data; develop automation and AI/ML solutions; document workflows; and collaborate with engineering, operations, supply, quality, and customer-facing teams. The role requires an active full-time degree in a relevant technical discipline, a 2.7+ GPA, and familiarity with programming or automation tools such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell.
