Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a North DSD Human Resources Director to serve as a strategic HR business partner for its Direct Store Delivery organization. Reporting to the Sr Director Human Resources for the North DSD Business Unit, the role leads a regional HR team and covers leadership development, talent and succession planning, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, union contract negotiations, grievance management, enterprise HR projects, and annual HR processes. The position is based at the Northlake, Illinois facility on a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one day remote, with 30–40% regional travel.
