Description
The Director, Human Resources will lead people strategy and HR operations for Precinmac's Small Medium Format - Aerospace, Defense & Space business unit, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The role combines hands-on leadership at a primary growth location with business-unit-level HR leadership across U.S. and Canadian operations, covering employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, change management, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years of progressive HR experience including 3 years in an HR leadership role, and experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
