Eaton is hiring a Director, Human Resources for its Electrical Engineering Services and Systems division. Reporting to the SVP/GM of EESS, the role provides strategic HR leadership, advises on organizational design and workforce planning, develops talent and leadership pipelines, manages succession and performance processes, leads the HR team, and supports employee experience and employer branding. The position is based in Eaton’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Cleveland, Ohio office, with relocation assistance available. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership, experience with complex matrixed organizations, and knowledge of U.S. employment laws; visa sponsorship is not offered. The expected annual salary range is $165,000 to $242,000, with eligibility for a variable incentive program.
