Kendal at Oberlin is hiring a senior-level Director of Human Resources reporting to the CEO. The role oversees all human resources operations for the staff community, including benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, unemployment and workers' compensation, training and development, records, compliance, and policy development. The position also supports payroll data entry, resident referrals, early learning center staff coaching, and communication with executives and board members. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of human resources management and staff and training development experience, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, and UKG-Pro skills, and strong communication abilities.
