Andaz Hiroshima is hiring a Director of Human Resources as a pre-opening team member to build the hotel’s culture and HR systems from the ground up. The role covers HR strategy and workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, leadership training, employee engagement, wellbeing, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. A university degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred, along with at least two years of experience as an HR director or manager in an international upper-upscale or luxury hotel. English proficiency is required, while Japanese communication and Japanese work authorization are preferred.
