Button is hiring a Director, People Operations to own the end-to-end people function, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, HRIS and ATS systems, benefits, compliance, employee relations, compensation planning, headcount, engagement, and the employee experience. The role requires at least seven years of HR or People Operations experience, including multi-state US compliance, performance and compensation cycles, HRIS and payroll ownership, employee relations, and finance collaboration. The expected base salary is $165,000 to $195,000, with 401(k), health, vision, dental, and other employee benefits.
