Kate McLeod is hiring a Director, People & Business Operations to lead the People function and serve as the internal owner of corporate operations, including legal coordination, employee technology, insurance, risk, HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance and compensation, employee relations, organizational design, change management, and workforce reporting. Reporting to the CEO, the role manages external HR, legal, IT, insurance, and risk partners and supports CEO-sponsored projects. It is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kingston, New York, with periodic travel to New York City, and offers a $150,000-$180,000 base salary plus bonus and equity eligibility.
