NiCE is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition Transformation to lead the global Talent Acquisition organization’s transformation strategy, technology roadmap, AI and automation adoption, analytics, vendor management, process improvement, and operational change. The role requires at least 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 4 years in TA Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment, and offers a hybrid work model with two office days and three remote days per week.
