Description
Penske is hiring a District Human Resources Manager to support field operations and district leadership across nine locations in Arkansas and Missouri. The role oversees onboarding and retention, talent and workforce planning, recruiting partnerships, associate and labor relations, HR compliance, training, compensation and risk issues, and integration of associates from acquisitions or new business opportunities. It reports to the District Manager with a dotted line to the Area Human Resources Manager and requires HR functional experience, people-management coaching, performance management, investigations, employment-law compliance, and workforce planning capabilities.
