Description
Penske is hiring a District Human Resources Manager to support field teams across a Pennsylvania and Maryland district. The role reports to the District Manager with a dotted line to the Area Human Resources Manager and requires daily in-person presence at one of approximately eight locations. Responsibilities include onboarding and retention, associate and leader development, training, talent acquisition and workforce planning, labor and associate relations, HR compliance, employment-law adherence, compensation and wage-hour issues, investigations, and integration of associates from acquisitions or new business opportunities.
