e-Careers is offering a remote, entry-level HR career traineeship rather than a single conventional permanent vacancy. Participants complete self-paced online training leading to a CIPD qualification, receive tutor support, and are introduced to a host company for a guaranteed remote internship. The internship may be part-time or full-time, and successful participants may later receive a paid full-time HR role from the host company. The programme is aimed at people with no previous HR experience or qualifications and provides exposure to HR, recruitment support, communication, and potential career paths in HR administration, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, and people operations.
