e-Careers offers an entry-level Human Resources traineeship for candidates with no prior HR qualifications or experience. The program includes online self-paced training, tutor support, a CIPD qualification, and a guaranteed remote internship with a host company. The internship may be part-time or full-time, and successful interns may receive a full-time paid HR role.
