e-Careers offers an entry-level Human Resources traineeship in which participants complete online, self-paced training toward a CIPD qualification, receive tutor support, and then undertake a guaranteed remote internship with a host company. The program is designed for candidates without prior HR experience or qualifications and provides practical exposure to HR, recruitment support, workplace communication, and potential pathways into HR administration, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, or People Operations. The internship may be part-time or full-time, and successful participants may be offered a separate permanent paid HR role by the host company.
