Aster DM Healthcare is hiring a full-time Executive - Human Resources Operations in Bangalore. The role manages broad HR operations, including recruitment, interviewing, manpower planning, onboarding, training coordination, employee welfare and grievances, HR administration, compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, payroll, staff records, HR reporting, work permits and visas, and HR software implementation. The position requires a bachelor's degree combined with three to five years of human resources experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, data analysis ability, knowledge of employment and benefits laws, and strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations.
