Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited is hiring a full-time Director of Global Human Resources Operations in Dublin to lead HR operational infrastructure across international jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, and Australia. The role owns international benefits, employee lifecycle processes, payroll administration, provider relationships, compliance, data quality, audit readiness, new-jurisdiction expansion, and M&A integration, while partnering with HR Technology, Legal, Finance, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders. The position requires at least eight years of progressive HR experience, including significant international HR Operations, benefits, and multi-jurisdictional experience, and offers a hybrid schedule with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
