Description
The Human Resources Manager will support the leadership team and 150 employees of Sun City Hilton Head Community Association by overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compensation, performance management, policy development, and employment compliance. The role also coordinates with the Administrative Service Organization and outside employment counsel, coaches leaders, maintains HR records, and delivers employee and manager training.
