Br. Olssons is hiring its first group-wide HR Manager to build and lead the organization’s HR function across its restaurants, bakery, deli, hotels, events, and festivals. The role combines strategic HR planning with day-to-day support for managers, covering organizational development, leadership, recruitment, onboarding, employee reviews, skills development, salary reviews, employment law, work environment, labor relations, culture, and HR processes. Candidates should have broad HR experience, strong employment-law and work-environment expertise, experience supporting managers with complex personnel matters, and relevant academic education or equivalent competence.
