Continental is hiring a Head of HR Location to advise senior management, develop and execute local people strategies, and lead the HR organization for a specific location. The role covers workforce planning, organizational change, compliance, employer branding, recruiting, talent and performance management, learning and training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, health and safety, reporting, and HR process improvement. It requires an academic degree or comparable experience, bilingual English and Portuguese, broad business and HR experience including at least two years of cross-divisional, external, international, corporate, shared services, or shop-floor experience, at least five years of HR experience, project and process leadership experience, and at least three years leading people.
